Ballet dance is a very formal and strict type of dance. Ballet is typically performed to classical music. All ballet dancers have one thing in common: a love of the grace, beauty and discipline of ballet. Anyone can enjoy the beauty and grace of ballet dancing regardless of age, size or fitness level. At the Deborah Thomson School of Dance we offer the Royal Academy of Dance graded ballet syllabuses, we strongly recommend ballet for all of our dancers! All competitive students must take at least two ballet classes a week.
